📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and administering.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including project status, financial performance, and risk assessments.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other third parties.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with legal and financial teams to ensure contract terms are met and financial transactions are processed correctly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, and local Indonesian regulations.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
