📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food production.,Develop and implement food and beverage menus that align with the company's standards and guest preferences.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and safety standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
