📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that our products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the retail team to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Use training management software like Cornerstone OnDemand to track and manage training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to retail staff to help them improve their performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our training programs are effective and relevant.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our overall training strategy.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of new training tools and technologies to enhance our training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for retail staff.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is a plus.
