📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
