As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring that we find the best candidates for our open positions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment process and ensuring that we meet our hiring targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring that all recruitment activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.
  • Providing support to the HR team in other areas as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Experience in the palm oil industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
