📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and payments.,Providing financial advice and recommendations to management.,Overseeing the work of junior accountants and providing guidance and training.,Monitoring and controlling the company's budget and expenses.,Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
