📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, including logos, color schemes, and typography.,Create high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs are aligned with the company's goals and target audience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our designs.,Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.,Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and strategies.,Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure designs effectively communicate our brand message.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative solutions.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
