Cloud Crystal Unggul is a rapidly growing company in the technology sector, and we are looking for a talented Senior HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions and ensuring the company's compliance with all labor laws and regulations. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with the last 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
