Outsourcea Services Incorporated is seeking a talented Senior Observability Engineer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud monitoring and incident response systems. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain cloud monitoring and alerting systems,Develop and maintain incident response procedures and playbooks,Monitor and analyze system performance and health,Investigate and troubleshoot system issues and outages,Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud monitoring and observability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,5+ years of experience in cloud monitoring and observability,Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP,Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog,Experience with incident response and troubleshooting,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
