📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team in the assigned area.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentoring.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.
