📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
