PT Pancaran Pratama is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption to reduce operational costs.,Handle vehicle insurance, registration, and other administrative tasks.,Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding vehicle operation and safety.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fuel management.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
