As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on HR practices and employee satisfaction.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
