📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring teams for further assessments.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
