Up Fast Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
