📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job positions.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.
• Collaborating with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are hired.
• Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Updating and maintaining the company's applicant tracking system.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel to the office as needed for team meetings and events.
