PT Kusuma Karya is seeking a motivated Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth. As a Junior Accounting Staff, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance department in various accounting tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.,Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.,Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Support the finance team in audits and internal controls.,Provide administrative support to the finance department.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP or international accounting standards is a plus.
