📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished promptly.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
