In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle HR administration tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide HR support to managers and employees as needed.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
