📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of export and import operations, including documentation, logistics, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and trade partners.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities to identify potential business growth areas.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trade transactions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export and import activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on trade procedures and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with trade software and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
