JM Vistec Systems Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus
