📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the service team, ensuring high standards of customer service and hospitality.,Train and develop service staff to maintain and improve service quality.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.,Monitor and maintain service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring it is ready for service.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Service Captain or similar role in a fine dining restaurant.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
