Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and ensure the smooth operation of the shophouse.,Oversee the daily operations of the shophouse, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent service.,Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the shophouse.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Shangri-La Group with pride.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering exceptional service.,Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience in a luxury or upscale hotel or resort is a plus.
