Daily, you will be using tools like Salesforce for tracking accounts receivable, a GPS-enabled mobile device for field visits, and communication platforms like WhatsApp and email for client interactions. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable by conducting field visits to clients.
• Negotiate payments and resolve outstanding invoices.
• Track and update accounts receivable using Salesforce.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding amounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Proven experience in field collection and negotiation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
