📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and assistive device training.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment such as the Lokomat, Biodex, and other specialized tools.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on neurological conditions, rehabilitation techniques, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and stay updated with the latest advancements in neurological physiotherapy.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and maintain patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in neurological physiotherapy.
• Certification in Neurological Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using advanced rehabilitation equipment such as the Lokomat, Biodex, and other specialized tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
