📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for retail and consumer product systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and systems.
• Provide on-site support to retail stores and consumer locations.
• Document all technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Train store staff on basic technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field support or technical support roles.
• Proficient in using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other IT service management tools.
• Knowledge of retail and consumer product systems, including POS, inventory management, and payment processing systems.
• Certification in ITIL or other relevant technical certifications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
