📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups
• Ensure the smooth operation of sales processes by monitoring and managing sales data
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales-related tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role
• Proficient in using sales management software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and customer relationship management best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in a fast-paced, international business environment is a plus
