As a Legal & Compliance Officer at PT Magnettic Lifestyles Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the legal and regulatory compliance of our operations. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all our activities are in line with applicable laws and regulations. Your daily tasks will include conducting compliance audits, developing and implementing compliance programs, and ensuring that our services meet the required quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensuring that all services and products meet the required quality standards through regular quality assurance checks.
• Monitoring and reporting on compliance issues to senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to the management team on compliance matters.
• Ensuring that all documentation and records are maintained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring that our compliance programs are updated accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality and lifestyle industry.
• Proven experience in conducting compliance audits and developing compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with compliance management software such as SAP, Workday, or similar tools.
