📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate fuel dispensers and ensure accurate fuel sales
- Assist customers with fuel purchases and provide information on our premium products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel station area
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using our POS system
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the station
- Promote our loyalty program and upsell premium products to customers
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and our POS system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer demands
- Basic mechanical knowledge of fuel dispensers and pumps
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg
