📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end import processes, including vendor negotiations, order placement, and final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs clearance, and trade policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to streamline logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date import documentation using SAP and Excel.
• Monitor and optimize import costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in import processes.
• Provide support to the logistics and supply chain team in managing inventory and warehouse operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in import logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and trade policies.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for import documentation and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international trade practices and procedures.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
