📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of injection molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on injection molding or similar manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC programming and control systems.
• Certification in relevant maintenance standards, such as ISO 4406 or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
