You will use industry-standard tools like SAP and SeaStar, and you will need to have a deep understanding of ocean freight operations, including shipping lines, routes, and schedules.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize ocean freight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Book and schedule shipments using industry-standard tools like SAP and SeaStar.
• Manage documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates on shipments and resolving any issues that arise.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ocean freight operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to our operations.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that our ocean freight services meet the highest standards of quality and service.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ocean freight operations, with a strong understanding of shipping lines, routes, and schedules.
• Proven experience using industry-standard tools like SAP and SeaStar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
