As an Assistant Manager - Culinary Recruitment, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding the best culinary professionals. You will work closely with our culinary directors and managers to understand their needs and ensure we attract and retain the top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for food and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process for culinary staff, including chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen staff.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Collaborate with culinary directors and managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
• Manage the onboarding process for new culinary hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in culinary recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary recruitment or a related role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the culinary industry in Bali is a plus.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
