📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the geological aspects of nickel mining operations, including exploration, drilling, and sampling.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement geological strategies to optimize production and minimize costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of geologists and support staff.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the accuracy of geological data.
• Participate in project planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in nickel mining or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of leading geological teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of geological software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or similar.
• Certification in safety and environmental compliance (e.g., CMP, CSP, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
